Payments
Payment is done eighter through our bookingsystem online, or by card at our meeting point for the activity.
We accept creditcards
General conditions
Kvik Guiding reserves the right to change location or cancel activity due to weather conditions or other unforseen challenges.
Activities can be cancelled if there are not enough particpants.
If Kvik Guiding cancels an activity due to any of the reasons listed above, your fee will be 100% refunded.
Cancelled booking /changed booking
Cancelling is free, up to 7 days before the activity takes place.
Cancelling 2 days before activity, leaves 50% refund.
Full cancelling less then 24 hours before acticity is not refunded.
Small adjustments in participants can be made up to 24 hours before activity takes place.
No-show leaves no refund.
Risk / responebility
It's your responsibility to get to know our terms and conditions before you book an activity with Kvik Guiding.
It's your responsebility to let us know beforehand if there is any physical challenges we should be aweare of. You are also reaponsible for judging your ability to join the activity.
We are pesponsible for your safety and wellbeeing on all our activities. We must ask that you follow the recommandations given by your guide/instructor.
We do not accept any economical claims due to injury on our activities, unless it's due to direct irrisponsible acts of our guides/instructors.
Ensurance
Our ensurance does not cover single guests on our activeties.
It's your responsebility to make sure your travel-ensurance covers illness or other reasons for no-show.
Handeling personal information
We only gather personal data about you for information about the activity ahead. We don't save sensetive information, and we delete all email correspondance after the activity has been done.
We use secure paymentmethods on our webpage and our cardreaders are EU-approved.
